Tommy’s Pizzeria brings the best wood fired Neapolitan style pizza’s to the beautiful shores of St Leonards & Hastings. Run by business partners Mark Edwards and Tom Phillipson, who met on the London Street food scene, they bring their rounded & innovative approach to food & eating out…it’s all about the vibes…
The kitchen uses the very best locally sourced produce including charcuterie from Moon’s Green in Kent, and fish from the huts on the beach in Hastings - and the sourdough recipe perfected over hours and hours of baking time. Cooking over wood is a theme that has run through Mark & Tom’s projects, you’ll find sourdough bread, pastries, slow-cooked meat and lots more available in the restaurant and in our takeaway coffee shack in our front courtyard.
All your drinking needs covered too… using local wine merchant Artisvan, they have collaborated to curate a carefully chosen wine list to pair perfectly with pizza. The boys have also enjoyed collaborating with local Brewery Pig & Porter to create their own Tommy’s Lager, don’t miss a pint of that with some banging padron peppers cooked in the wood oven as you settle into a pizza session at Tommy’s.
