Reporting faults with your property can be a real pain, you either have to visit your Housing providers office, make a phone call or send them an email or letter.
With the Refectio app you simply enter your contact details once and then raise a fault on your phone or tablet and click send. You will receive a notification confirming the fault has been sent and another notification confirming it has been read, then wait for the Housing Provider or contractor to contact you. Nice and simple.
Your Housing Provider will have given you a reference number to direct the fault report to the correct department.
