Patient Portal

The Patient Portal (HealtheLife) allows patients of the West Suffolk NHS Foundation Trust to securely access information providing convenient 24-hour access to personal health information. HealtheLife is an electronic health management patient portal tool.

This app allows patients to view their health and care details in the portal at a time that is convenient for them.

Currently the portal offers:
 a secure space online to view hospital letters and documentation
 appointment details
 the ability to view and monitor test results
 a record of procedures and known allergies
 access to useful links
 information going back to February 2018.

Moving forward we hope that HealtheLife will become a key part of how we communicate and interact with our patients.

Participating providers can also allow you to add your HealthKit data to your electronic medical record.
