This application is a medium for assessing the performance of all lecturers carried out by students of the International Logistics & Business University. With this application, it is hoped that it will make it easier for all students and female students to fill out the questionnaire. After students fill out the questionnaire, they are required to download proof of filling out the questionnaire which will later be used for guardianship and requirements for taking the Final Examination and of course from the results of the questionnaire assessment it can improve lecturer performance.
