The MediScan from umana enables nursing homes, hospitals, medical practices, etc. to order medication for their patients. To make the ordering process as easy as possible, you can order medication in three different ways:
• Scan medication barcodes of existing medication (e.g. if the pack will soon be empty).
• Add medication that has been prescribed for the patient.
• Add medication using our simple search function. You will automatically search the database of the selected pharmacy.
In order to make the ordering process as easy as possible, you can scan your medication over a longer period of time and, for example, initiate a bulk order on the computer at the end of the week or the end of the month. You can view and edit this bulk order on your smartphone as well as in our web app.
