A) The APP
The app allows:
- the issue of DDT;
- the registration of the collection relating to the delivery note just issued and to documents (delivery note and / or invoices) expired, together with the issue of the delivery note;
- the recording of the collection relating to documents (delivery note and / or invoices) expired, independently of the issuance of the delivery note;
- the issuing of orders by the salesman to the company.


B) LIMITS OF THE APP
This is a demo version.
Limits:
- the modules for importing and exporting data are not active;
- the printing of documents can only be done in PDF.


C) ARCHIVES
In this demo version the following archives, in input, are created at the time of installation and cannot be modified.
In the full version the archives are imported from the company management system, suitably prepared in csv format, according to a standard and / or customized layout.
• AGENTS: salesmen registry;
• ITEMS: warehouse items;
• BOCARICO: loading document (DDC) of the salesman;
• CUSTOMERS: customer database;
• COMPANIES: company data;
• TOUR: sequence of the salesman's visits by day of the week
(1 = Monday, 2 = Tuesday, 3 = Wednesday, 4 = Thursday, 5 = Friday);
• PRICE LISTS: price lists per customer / item;
• PARAMETERS: salesman code, last DDT number, last Order number, printer data;
• DEADLINES: documents with payment due or already overdue;
• TABIVA: VAT code table;
• TAB_PAGAMENTI: payment codes table.

The archives generated by the application (DDT issued and Collections) will be prepared, for export to the company management system, in csv format, which can be customized, if necessary, according to company needs.
