To register is very simple: just include your personal data. The profile registration screen will ask for a photo of the user's face so that it is possible to make the identity certification and a photo of a document - which can be the National Driver's License (CNH) or the Identity Card (RG).
Each registered user will have access to a page with their data and health services, in addition to being able to link other family members and dependents who do not have a cell phone or device with internet access, such as children, the elderly and foster care.
By registering and registering the people you want to care for, it is possible to select the preferred hospital for the person who needs special attention and proceed to an easy and quick triage. 'HA Collaborators' offers an assessment (screening) dedicated to various diagnoses and uses Artificial Intelligence to make a more assertive recommendation about health care and its level of criticality in care, referring you to the most appropriate health professional.
This screening may suggest that the user has a first virtual appointment with a doctor for an assessment of his condition, which can be immediate - simply by having the patient enter a waiting list for care - or scheduling an appointment for the next few hours or days. , according to the availability of the health professional's agenda.
When scheduling, the user will be notified by email, SMS and/or by phone informing them that the health professional is waiting for them. We recommend that anyone who has an appointment is in a bright, quiet place, with good internet access and the name(s) of the medication(s) for continuous use at hand.
As the doctor is responsible for initiating the consultation in the application, we also suggest that the patient is connected 5 minutes in advance. If this does not occur, 'HA Collaborators' may call the telephone number provided in the registration.
If there is a need to issue certificates, medical prescriptions or exam requests, 'HA Collaborators' makes these documents available in the application itself and also sends it by email. All these medical documents are issued with a 'digital signature' of the doctor who carried out the consultation with their registration number with the Regional Council of Medicine (CRM), which helps to avoid forgery and fraud.
In the case of prescription of controlled drugs, the user can print the prescription with the doctor's digital signature to go to their pharmacy of choice - or simply show the e-mail with the document received in PDF format.
