About What is my IP ?
With this app you will know your IP on Internet, as well as a whole bunch of public data that Internet got about you whenever you connect into the public cloud. This extra information about you includes your city, country, latitude and longitude and I even throw into the deal an interactive map showing the approximate coordinates in which you are.
It is necessary to note that other apps with the same purpose as this one only limits themselves to give you your LOCAL IP, which might very well prove useless as it may be in the context of your or your telco's local network. In contrast, my app gives you the real IP that other servers see from you anywhere on the Internet.
In order to give you all this data, this app connects itself into my server, located in Chicago, USA, which discovers your IP and sends back all the info into your Android Device.
Another (rather obvious) comment: This app will only work if you got a working Internet connection, either thru WIFI or 3G or whatever means your Android got to get Internet access ...
