Vicente Noble was a prominent Dominican military man of the nineteenth century born in Azua the c. November 3, 1791 and known for his participation in the Dominican War of Independence in 1844.
Although the data of his life are imprecise, it is known that he fought alongside the military Fernando Tavera from Neiba against the Haitian occupation in the Batalla Fuente del Rodeo. Noble had to replace Tavera when he fell wounded as a result of a shootout against the Haitians.
He also had an important participation in the Battle of Azua on March 19, 1844.
