Vietnam E-Commerce Association (VECOM) is a non-governmental organization with members of enterprises, organizations and individuals directly doing business by e-commerce; or e-commerce applications to serve production and business activities; or research or provide e-commerce services. The Association operates on a voluntary, non-profit basis with the aim of gathering, solidarity, cooperation, support and protection of its members to develop e-commerce in Vietnam. The Vietnam E-commerce Association operates nationwide, in accordance with the laws of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam.
