If evil increases, so too must the devotion of the People of God. And so, dear brothers and sisters, I earnestly want you to guide by encouraging and compelling the People of God to pray fervently to our very compassionate Mary by reciting the Rosary throughout the Month. 10, as I once explained. This prayer is very fitting for the devotion of the People of God, which pleases the Mother of God the most and is most effective in reaping the blessings from heaven. The Second Vatican Council advised all the children of the Church to use the Rosary, not only in the expression of words but in infallible form according to this verse: "Let the People of God indulge in the practices. morality directed towards the Blessed Virgin and accepted by the Magisterium over the centuries ".
