The eDocSign Auth mobile application works with the feature of providing an extra layer of security, supporting 2-step verification for your eDocSign account when signing in, submitting and signing documents on the website.
Features include:
- FIDO: use biometrics (fingerprint, FaceID, pin code,...) to authenticate
- Smart OTP: use a user-created one-time password on the application for authentication
An authentication request message is sent to the phone (FIDO) or enter a one-time password (Smart OTP) created by the user on the application.
