The Staff Portal application is built according to the Master Information System Planning project, issued together with the Decision No. 62/QD-ĐHV, dated January 23, 2017 of the Rector of Vinh University.
Each staff and lecturer of the University is provided with a separate account to access the application. The application provides school staff with utilities and functions aimed at:
- Receive and post individual notifications;
- Look up personal information;
- Update and supplement authorized personal information;
- Store digitized records;
- Declare teaching hours and professional activities;
- Declare scientific and technological activities;
- Look up information about salary, teaching hours, labor norms, ...
