The 2022 Labor and Employment Survey is a sampling survey in the national statistical survey program conducted for the following purposes: to collect information on the labor market participation status of people aged 15 years and older. currently living in Vietnam as a basis for synthesizing and compiling national statistical indicators on labor, employment, unemployment and income of employees. The survey results help the Government, the Prime Minister, all levels and sectors to assess and forecast the fluctuation of the labor market nationwide, provinces and centrally-run cities, build and formulating policies on human resource development, production and business plans in line with the development trend of the labor market.
