Main features of Long Phat CRM order management app on suitecrm platform.

1/ Manage product and service information: Product code, product name, product group, unit of measure, selling price, product description
2/ Manage customer information (identify by phone number): Customer name, phone number, email, address, customer description
Order management:
+ Order number, order date, counter/table, order status (Pending payment, paid, canceled, other), customer, order note, order discount (in % or amount) ).
+ Orders with paid status are not allowed to be modified.
4/ Manage reports: Revenue by customer, revenue by product. Filter by time (today, previous day, this week, last week, this month, last month, this year, previous year), by order status.
5/ Manage user permissions: Whose data employees can see, management can see employee's data
6/ Synchronize data (orders, customers, products) with Long Phat crm software:
+ Integrate the payment process and bill printing (K80 size bill printer) on the web version crm application
+ Integrate the management and customer care process ALL IN ONE
