With the SANUS brand, the production of the first shaped Memory Foam (insole) shoe insole with Visco material has started to serve the final consumer of every occupation group and age, and has a daily production capacity of 20,000 pairs.
The shoe inner soles produced from Visco material are formed by the combination of the special formula injected with the injection molding machine into the Aluminum molds with the fully automatic machine line and the fabric. Memory Foam insole soles take the shape of the foot exactly and allow the pressure on each foot to be reduced by spreading.
Since 2018, we continue to grow by participating in e-commerce with our customer satisfaction, production capacity, on-time delivery, ease of return, our own delivery within Istanbul, and shipping services outside Istanbul.
