Difficult to use

There are many feauters missing in this app. for example if someone else already put wrong details of the name on the customers number. then we cannot correct it by edited it. there is no option to edit. so enquiry is not being done on same mobile number. if trying to being enquiry on different mob number its required mobile verification OTP number. pls provide solution to this issue
