1. The mobile application will prompt the user to indicate whether the merchant is a new merchant or additional MID.
2. If the merchant selects, “New” as the option, then the user to continue with the on-boarding. If the user selects Additional MID, the application to prompt to select the MID for which additional MID has to be added. Also in case of additional MID, the pre-populating of the fields will be same as in the desktop version.
3. On submit action, the details of the merchant will be sent over API call between Mobile Application and MMS.
4.Submit action will generate MID / TID.
5.Merchant will be on-boarded in Switch and TTMS.
6.The merchant will be allowed to transact and close the batch, however all the transactions will be put on hold until the risk action is completed.
7. If the risk approval does not happen within seven days, then the terminal will be temporarily de-activated. Basis bank’s review on each case, the terminal de-installation request has to be raised if rejected by risk. However in such cases, if the transaction already performed are not categorised as high risk transactions, then the same have to be released and paid to the merchant.
