What WORKSHOP OF TRUST?
WORKSHOP OF TRUST has established itself as Germany's greatest customer satisfaction in the query and for the free service and repair market. The customers of the free service and repair companies have the opportunity to workshop their means of a voting card express confidence or deny it. The companies apply each year to participate in the action and ask active period from April to October from the feedback of their customers. Attendance cards will be sent directly to the evaluation center in Herdecke, where they are checked for accuracy, uniqueness and significance. The workshop reached a minimum number of 50 Timm positive customer feedback, it may not succeed in the year actively advertise the award.

The industry initiative WORKSHOP OF TRUST was founded in 2005 by Manfred Kaufhold, CEO of Mister ATZ Marketing initiative was launched.
In autumn 2007, the campaign was extended to the paint and body shops. For this purpose, a co-operation of Mr. A.T.Z. Decided marketing initiative and the AUDIN publisher.
Support of sponsors from the industry and workshop systems, the action was in the following years further developed and expanded in the fall of 2008 to the range Wheels.
In 2012, more than 95,000 motorists were testimonials about their workshop in the evaluation center. Throughout Germany, can this year so 1253 companies go with the award in the communication.
