Our company was founded in 1973 by my father Celal Karaoğlu to make wholesale stationery, hardware and haberdashery. I, Kamil Karaoğlu and my brother Kemal Karaoğlu, were students at that time, we were helping our father. I was studying in the second grade of higher education (Economics) in Istanbul. I was sending goods from Istanbul to Trabzon. We developed our business in a short time, as we constantly supplement new varieties. Our number of customers has increased.
Due to the liberalization of imports after 1980, many developments occurred in terms of variety and quality, especially in the stationery sector.
