Mate365, presents the resolution of thousands of different cases of linear or first degree equations of the form: x + a = b, when considering different numerical values for literals: a & b in the sets of NATURAL numbers (N), the WHOLE (Z), and Rational (Q) or OWN AND IMPROPER common FRACTIONS with positive and / or negative signs. This type of equation is one of the most basic, but its learning is very important during the resolution of more complex linear equations that are presented in the app's 3,4,5, and 6 of our collection.
Some examples for this type of equation can be seen as:
x + 1 = 3; where a = 1 and b = 3
x - 10 = 5; where a = -10 and b = 5
x + 7/2 = (-3) / 4; where a = 7/2 and b = (-3) / 4
