Introducing the New Handil Service Application (APAHABAR) which aims to make it easier for the community to get a certificate and introduction from the kelurahan without having to come to the kelurahan office.
The initial stage, APAHABAR only serves the provision of a certificate of incapacity (KIS), a business certificate, a crowd permit and a certificate of good behavior.
With this car system, residents who want to take care of these five service categories do not have to bother coming to the village office, but they can only be accessed via android-based and web-based cellular phones.
