Makeup Transfer is what it is. It takes an image without Makeup and an image with Makeup and transfers makeup from the image containing Makeup. It has built in face detection to help determine faces in an image. All of the Transfer process happens on the device. Makeup Transfer does NOT collect any user data or send it to a server in the cloud.
