This application is a tool for people / taxpayers who want to get face-to-face services directly at the Directorate General of Taxes office without having to open kunjung.pajak.go.id via a browser. Visitors only need to fill in some data, including identity, destination office, date and time of visit. This provision applies from 1 September 2020 in all DGT regional offices and tax service offices.
In the event that the required services are still not available online, taxpayers can still use other channels such as email and instant messages via WhatsApp which are available in each work unit which can be seen at www.pajak.go.id/id/unit-kerja .
