In the heart of the historic center of Bolzane on October 31st 1998 the "Nadamas" opened its doors. Previously, the premises housed an old furniture shop with a very large back room; Verena and Marco, the managers who boast 20 years of experience in the catering sector, immediately fell in love with this huge space, transforming it into this bar-restaurant that all Bolzano locals know today.

The Mediterranean colors, the particular style, the unusual decor and the welcoming atmosphere have been able to break into everyone's heart.
