Food Workers Medical Benefit Fund (Foodmed), is a restricted medical scheme in the Food & Vegetable Canning and Processing Industry. The main objective of the Fund is to provide affordable benefits to employees in the said Industry, the majority of whom are low-income earners, who would otherwise not be able to belong to a medical scheme.
