Still can’t make payment
This is the second month we cannot make a payment online or in the app it keeps telling us our information is incorrect. This is the only bill we have an issue with paying online every other bill such as electricity, and utilities accept our information flawlessly. I’ve tried finding contact info to report errors but did not find anywhere on your site to contact for technical difficulties. Please have your IT people check into the online bill payment system, this is ridiculous because I don’t even receive the paper invoice so how do you expect me to pay my bill?!
