They only accept Medicare plans in California
My grandpa had an appointment for a toothache. And they ran his insurance and everything so the day of his appointment comes. We started his appointment with no problems my grandpa has Aetna Medicare advantage Plus. And she stop the appointment in the middle and says oh I just noticed your insurance we only accept Medicare plans In California. Total incompetence on their part.
Kadooooosh
Time consuming
Why are prescriptions (that I’ve been taking for years) not sent as refillable by default? Why is it so challenging in this app to just request refills. They don’t let you reach out to the provider and don’t have a big “I need a refill” button and only way I could do anything is sending a message to support, which in itself was very hard to find. This all wastes a lot of time
