Customer service
Century link (as a whole, not app specific) has the WORST customer service of any company I have EVER had to work with. Charged me $149 after saying the fee would be waived. Then proceeded to disable my internet and charge me $149 again to “reinstate service” after I had won a dispute case against that charge.
