I Would Recommend Not Wasting Your Money
Prior to sending you items for the month, they have your fill out a “quiz” which include which typed of products you want as well as the shades or skin concerns etc. The Extra Box (full sized products) I recieved was the opposite of the quiz inputs I entered. Ex.) •Neutral Eyeshadow Pallet - I imputed that I only want Smokey or Adventurous shades. •Baby Ballet Pink Lipstick - I imputed that I only want Berry shades and I have medium skin tone (so it is way too light for my skin and not a shade I would wear). •Retinol Eye Cream - I imputed I have dry, sensitive skin. Retinol would work poorly with my dry, sensitive and very young skin. Its primary uses are for fine lines and acne. I brought these concerns up to their “support”, all I would receive was an automated bot saying “maybe try updating your quiz”. How would updating my quiz change anything if you already sent items that were the opposite of my quiz? When I finally got a hold of a human, they said that they were abiding by my quiz because I said I want eyeshadows, eye cream and lipstick. What? Their only solution was to send me a “free product”. I don’t want any free products. I don’t like having excess of items that I don’t want and will not use. I wanted to return the unopened items and they kept declining.
