Cannot switch plan
price is good and easy install, but the app &website DOES NOT allow swap of plan secretly and steals for long the thing is I'm pretty sure I switched plan to no-data plan 3 month's ago, but their app reverted every time and charge me $27 monthly instead of $8. their app clearly has app, and website has the same thing.

Do you like being stranded with no voice or data? This is for you!
Tello has international roaming, but it’s not seamless and will leave you stranded without voice or data. You have to have a $5 “Pay As You Go” balance to *activate* international roaming. What they don’t tell you is that you also have to have above a $5 balance to *use* international roaming. Minimum Pay As You Go purchase is $20. So I was at the end of a trip, dipped to a $2 balance, and thought “perfect, I’ll use up the balance by the end of the trip.” Nope. Below $5, DATA AND VOICE STOP WORKING 100%. So I did not even have data to add $20 to my Pay As You Go balance. Do you like being stranded with no voice or data? Get Tello!

App provides account information well enough. The small, gray font on white background is most unpleasant. Needs more customisation options. Tello customer service, reception, speeds all fine. Unused balances will rollover only if you manually renew/pay a day or more before your billing date. Odd.
