Nicely done.
This is the best app that I have used thus far. Straight forward to use, has most single ingredient foods and no adds.

Very helpful for this diet but…
It has a lot of helpful tools and I like the variety of recipes, they look like things I’d want to eat even off of this diet. But it drives me crazy that every time I click on a recipe to look/add it, it starts you over at the beginning of the recipes again, I mean if you’re trying to browse through. Even with app background refresh turned off. I wish the recipe maker also had some common processed ingredients in it, like (insert popular brand) gluten free flour. Which would be commonly used instead of trying to come up with our own version of flour. (Gluten free mainly due to it being low fodmap bc wheat isn’t.) Thank you :)
