Mixed feelings
I have been a subscriber to Stitch Fix for many years now. They have a great customer service. If you have an issue with an item, they easily replace it. If you tell them, you’ve got a promotion at work and need new clothes they send you flowers congratulating you. I don’t see enough diversity in the models used. I can tell a lot or AI generated, but they still are not diverse enough in size potty type ethnicity, etc..

They only send you cheap options and it’s hard to cancel the membership. Terrible service. You are better finding a designer on your own or going to a high end store with helpful employees to help find you pieces.
