Issues Creating tickets
I have searched for a plat form to run my mobile mechanic business. It’s 9/10 what I needed to be efficient while staying organized. Only complaint so far is the mobile app functionality. As my laptop isn’t always accessible, being able to create tickets through the app as well as use some of the other features such as creating customers. Overall I am I look forward to continue using RepairShopr

Works great for us for the last 7 years
We use this for reference and basic tasks. Large ticket volumes. Haven’t run into a single issue. Edit: I left RepairShopr for a year while we recouped financially after a burglary. I recently returned. All of my data is still available, it’s like I never left. Very impressive and the app still works great for me.
