Forgot password and no option anywhere to reset it or contact anyone. Back to calling my local office and paying like 1999

Stopped Working
Suddenly can’t login anymore! The button is gone and it only has an “add an account “ button. Goto app store to report the issue and it says I didn’t purchase anything so I can’t report anything. It was a free app!
