I placed a request in and I’m not able to view the completion or comments on it. I can see anyone else’s on their requests. Nothing in my email either.

Needs many improvements
I feel like the City of Fargo created this app and got the public excited about having a way to communicate to the city then they forgot about it. I've written several complaints and concerns to the city on this app and it took sometimes a week to get a response. When I finally did get a response saying they fixed situation I would walk past it and it wasn't fixed. What I like: —This app is a good idea when used and paid attention to by city. —You can take pictures of your concerning Problem and add them to your complaint or concern —There's a map that shows complaints made by other community members & what they submitted & the progress on each of them What I Dislike: —City doesn't take it seriously & get back to people at a reasonable pace —They lie and tell you they "fixed" or solved concern but it doesn't get fixed. —categories could use improvements and additions
