Leaves user frustrated
I love having access to my account via an app, but this app is so frustrating! After logging in so many times, I have to go to a computer and delete the duplicated devices because it win’t let me log on. If the app updates, there is nothing telling the user what has changed, and then we are left playing trial and error with how to use certain parts of the app. It is just over all not a user friendly app.
