Love all the new features like study room reservations and self-check out right on the app! Huge improvement from the previous one. Super easy to use and loads quickly too!

Missing OhioLink & Search Ohio
Hi! I appreciate the update- however the old app did have a link directly to Search Ohio and Ohio Link to request books from other libraries. This feature is missing and has been confirmed by the staff. To do a search, a user has to now go to the library website, scroll to the bottom for these links and search there. It is a poor user experience to have to manually switch platforms in the middle of an action. ——- The new app is much more user-friendly and provides more up-to-date information about the about the library. However, it’s missing key resources that the old app had, such as Ohio Link, and Search Ohio for requesting books not carried at CFalls Library. Would love to see these features added back into the app!
