? Expensive rip off ?
Purchased March 6, 2022 had Ciro install during Bike Week 2022 at Destination Daytona, system won’t do anything today March 18, 2022, customer service takes message, sales takes message. Can’t turn off lights, can’t get ahold of Ciro 3D. Channel 3 is on right now, won’t turn off, system won’t do anything Unhappy customer with bunch of expensive stuff added to my brand new motorcycle and no way to stop from ruining battery No way to contact Ciro 3D

App keeps crashing
Overall the LEDs are pretty sweet. I noticed though that when I go to my music play to have the LEDs go with the music the app keeps crashing. Another issue that I called customer service about. Is when playing my Music to have the LEDs go with the beat The music only comes through the speakers of the phone I wish there was capability to have the music go to the speakers of the motorcycle as well.
