Verint Mobile Responder provides immediate incident acceptance and smart app navigation with efficient privacy and communication features. The Responder is a comprehensive Mobile Dispatch and tracking solution that runs on a smartphone or tablet device. The Mobile Responder is part of Verint’s Dispatch Manager. The Mobile Responder enables public safety and security field users to access and share critical information; indicate availability and response statuses; instantly communicate with dispatchers as well as other mobile users; self-dispatch; and fill out reports. The user interface is easy to navigate, uses public safety terminology and graphics.
