Worst CRM Ever
Avoid this. The dealership I work at uses this, and it’s just pathetic. Any time they update, they mess up things. I’ve been waiting for a couple weeks to get a problem fixed where I don’t get notifications on a new lead. Still nothing. I have to manually check all day to see if there is a new lead. If you’re in sales, you know it’s important to reach out to those who inquire as soon as possible. I would say you get what you pay for, but that’s not even the case.

Too many bugs
Constantly having to ask to update software. Currently doesn’t allow to save and only select one task on the drop down list.
