Horrible Update
The new update to this app is terrible. It no longer shows your amount due until after your due date. Before, it was easy to make a payment for what you had due. Trying to pay prior to my due date, which to me makes sense? But, it won’t let me. It says it exceeds what is due. Are you guys just trying to obtain late fees from people? If I could give this app negative stars, I would. 1 star is way too generous! So beyond frustrating.

One time payment app
It is very difficult using your app. Every time I enter the amounts to pay I am getting an error rejecting it. I ended up using my internet browser instead of your app in order to pay. Also I never getting reminder in my email about the due date of my loan payment which I already sign up for it in my profile
