PocketAdvantage™ is software designed for a mobile sales force to submit for their daily orders. PocketAdvantage™ is designed to be used offline in the field and updates are sent throughout the day when the rep send their orders. These updates include changes in inventory, accounts receivable and office messages. PocketAdvantage™ includes the following features
1. Sales rep territory totals for goal planning
a. Monthly totals in case and dollars by customer, product, brand and group
b. The current month and last month goals can be added to track goal percent achieved and depletions goal to go
c. Drill down by product, brand and group to view customers buying or not buying from territory
2. Sales territory assignments updated daily
a. Includes open accounts receivable
b. Past due notifications
c. Delivery and call day filters
d. Customer notes including contact names and buying preferences (CRM)
3. Product Views
a. Bought view for products purchased by customer in last 2 years
b. Invoiced view with last 60 days of invoices with line item details
c. By Type view with all products listed in the warehouse
d. Pricing
i. Front line price for each product
ii. Deal pricing including
1. Chains and national account special pricing
2. Quantity discounts for individual product or combined as part of a larger family of products
e. Inventory Updates
i. Inventory is updated at the start of the day and throughout the day as the sales reps send orders
f. Special Order Types
i. Sample order including reason code and targets customers for the product
ii. Pick up order request including reason codes and invoice detail for credit
iii. A variety of wholesaler specific special order types
4. Order confirmations
a. When sending orders the sales rep receives a summary of the order as confirmation and details on whether each line item on the order was filled
5. Sales Managers can be assigned their sales reps within PocketAdvantage for complete visibility to each customer
