The D-H Pharmacy application allows our customers to manage their prescriptions including request for prescription refills, refill by scanning your label, track refill status, find nearby stores to place a refill request and setup dosage reminders for helping with medication adherence. Wrong info

The app is fine for requesting refills, but it’s not helpful for checking the status of a prescription. It just says “being filled, should be ready soon,” even if the medication is on back-order and they actually have no idea when they will get it. You have to call them anyway, which makes the app somewhat pointless.

Prescriptions are never filled on time

It’s day 30 since I submitted a request by text and through the app and I still do not have my medication that is not in shortage and does not need a PA. I have called numerous times and DHMC is well aware that the prescriptions are taking WEEKS via app to even start being filled. They only start filling them once you call many times.
