Wonderful product, but can malfunction
Hi, I have 2 of your lifts. Attached are pictures of their switches. Your app I thought operated them both but honestly I don’t know that. I cannot connect to the one mfd 2020, 2018 works fine with the app and I think it’s Bluetooth ID is CC41-A. 2020 doesn’t appear to offer a Bluetooth connection even when a couple of feet away. I tried powering it off and on and looked for any reset options on the switch itself. These boxes are not near each other on opposite ends of the house. How can we fix this please? I love these things but getting this one to work is important, especially when precise control is needed. Many thanks, WillieC
