Crew Fitness is indoor rowing and cycling, re-imagined. Low impact, high intensity, real results. Our Crew finds joy in fitness and community. We row and ride to relieve stress, shred fat, tone muscle, and transform our bodies. We row for life. We ride for life. We celebrate life.
We come together as a Crew in 45-minute sessions of fitness and fun, alternating between intervals on the rower, the bike and the floor. The music is motivating. The atmosphere is electric. Our coaches are inspiring.
Crew Fitness is a complete fitness program, including childcare and nutrition counseling.
We offer 3 different classes:
• Crew ROW: We combine intervals on the Concept2 rower with body-sculpting and strength-building movements using bodyweight and dumbbells. Each 45-minute class is unique. ROW FOR LIFE.
• Crew RIDE: The Crew RIDE class uses the Concept2 BikeErg for cardio. Unlike a traditional spin class, at Crew, we come off the bike for full-body strength building and muscle toning. Crew RIDE follows the same format as Crew ROW; we just use the bike instead of the rower.
• ROW+RIDE: Row+Ride is a unique hybrid class that will have you on the rower, on the floor with your dumbbells, and on the bike. It’s a winning combination that will work up a serious sweat and leave you feeling like you can conquer the world.
