Downtime too often
The app itself isn’t bad, but about 25% of the time it throws a generic error message at me when I try to log in. Is it my password, is your server down for maintenance, is it the app? There’s no way to tell. Please provide more descriptive error messages and improve the reliability of your online banking.

Constant sign in issues
I have a problem logging in about every 5th time. It’s infuriating, I use touch id or type my correct password over and over and still get error messages, especially after being forced to change my password which is annoying enough in itself. Every 6 months is ridiculous, if you’re going to force people to change their passwords so often, get your software figured out! No one else forces me to change passwords ever and I’ve never had an issue. At least reduce it to once a year. I also hate that I cant switch windows without having to log back in. Sometimes I need to use my calculator or reference something when verifying charges. Super annoying. I get that these are safety features,but its way over the top and just a major inconvenience to me as a customer.
