Would not recommend for anyone. The app is the worst and customer service is no existent
Stupid Rotimatic
Such a horrible experience, I do not recommend
I ordered my machine back in December and all they have done is push my delivery date further out and it takes minimum 3 days for some sane person to respond. Not worth your money and time. Do not go for this , I repeat do not. This is so sad for such a good product idea, even after finding customer base ready to pay upwards if $1500, they just can’t execute even after 10 years. Very horrible customer service where i am not sure what qualifications they need to be a customer associate, they all are clueless.
