NMRECA Legislative Almanac

The Legislative Almanac is published by the New Mexico Rural Electric Cooperative Association. The Almanac is provided for free as a service of New Mexico’s rural electric cooperatives. It is our hope it will help and encourage citizens to participate in the legislative process.
