The B4Health’s Mobile Time Tracker, provides a flexible, contemporary alternative to managing and recording time worked. Agency Providers can use their mobile devices to capture and record their time On The Go! Whether it’s upon arrival or exit from a work location, the B4Health’s Mobile Time Tracker is fully accessible from any mobile device.

The Mobile Time Tracker enables agency staff to clock in and out of a hospital unit based on GPS location at the moment they are actually in the unit assigned. Any additional required hospital time and attendance software or paper time card use, still serves as the hospital Validated Time source for invoicing.

The Mobile Time Tracker helps facilitate the agency invoice and reconciliation process by automatically creating and updating shifts in the B4Health system and significantly reduces discrepancies when agency partners reconcile their invoices to the hospital Validated Time source or signed time card.
